The old, mainline denominations are dying. Lutherans, Episcopalians, Presbyterians, Methodists, and more are disappearing. Why has God has turned His Face from them? Catholics and Muslims are appalled! “They say they follow Jesus, but they ignore His command: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Do they think their unborn children are not their “neighbors”? Can they be “Christian” while disobeying “Thou shall not kill.”?
New denominations are being invented faster than The Disappearing Denominations close their doors. Ambitious men with Marketing Plans are always ready to build a new ladder to Heaven. As their predecessors, none of them respect Jesus enough to live as He did, in celibacy.
The new, “Evangelical” churches also avoid clear, written condemnation of abortion-inducing birth control. Nearly all will insist, “We are Pro-Life!”, but, they will not run the risk of losing donors by clearly condemning abortion-inducing birth control.
Clergy who prefer orgasms to life open the doorways to death. Billions of unborn children, many no bigger than a grain of salt, are killed because Catholic Teaching: “Life must be protected from conception to natural death.” is confused and ignored by 45,000 Protestant groups. All of them get “Charitable Tax Deductions” despite their lack of charity to the tiniest of the unborn babies.
Everyone notices that the new denominations claim to be “Warm”, “Welcoming”, and, most bizarre of all, “Family-friendly”.
Intelligent people ask: “How can they be ‘Family-friendly’ if they are too afraid of losing donors to condemn abortion-inducing birth control? Are they morons?”
In every generation, The Disappearing Denominations attract all who value their vanities more than the clear teaching of Jesus about The Only Church He Founded by saying so unambiguously: “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
