“I say unto you thou are Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven; whatever you bind on earth shall be considered bound in Heaven; whatever you loose on earth shall be considered loosed in Heaven.”

What happens if we let our personal opinions lead us to disobey The Decree?  He is clear:  We will be among those suffering souls forever “loosed in Heaven”.  If our choices exclude us from The Only Church Jesus Founded, we are also excluded from Heaven.

St. John tells us that belief without obedience brings “the wrath of God” upon us!  What is the fate of the willfully disobedient?  John 3:36 is clear: “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”

It is bad to be so disobedient that we “shall not see life”  It is worse to have “the wrath of God” fall on us.  It is frightening!  Then, we see that the punishment for disobedience is permanent!  “the wrath of God remains on” those who willfully choose to disobey Him!

“How do I avoid ‘the wrath of God’?”  Be Catholic!
