Jesus promised to bring “division”.  He did!  Jesus said there are two kinds of people. “You are My friends if you obey My commands.” divides humanity into two groups.  His Obedient Friends are in one group.  The other group?  His Disobedient Enemies.

Jesus reinforced His “division”.  He  said there were two kinds of plants at harvest:  “wheat” or “weeds”.

He told of two kinds of trees.  Those that produce “good fruit” are valued.  Trees that do not produce “good fruit” are thrown into the fire.

There are two kinds of fish. The “good fish” are separated from “trash fish”.

Jesus said there are two kinds of people.  At Judgment, He promises that His obedient sheep will be separated from disobedient goats.

Disobedient goats reject The Only Church Jesus Founded by Decreeing to one man, one time:  “. . I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

We all have free will.   We all choose whether or not to be among His obedient “friends”, His “fruitful” trees, His “good fish”, and His obedient “sheep”.

What if we reject The Only Church He left on earth?  What if we reject The Catholic Miracle of unchanging Doctrine provided by 2,000 years of Successors To Peter?  What if we choose to disobey His Church-Founding Decree?

His disobedient enemies have let their demons of vanity overwhelm their minds.  They choose to be trees that do not bear good fruit.  They choose to be inedible fish.  They decide to be disobedient goats.  They separate themselves from God, forever.

John 3:36 is clear: “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”

His obedient sheep are in The Only Church Jesus Founded!  His disobedient enemies are not.  We must pray that they will overcome the demons of vanity that keep them from eternal joy!
