Connect three dots. Then, four.

Dot #1. Jesus asks a question of all who call themselves “Christian”. Luke 6:46 “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord’ and not do what I tell you?”

Dot #2. Professional Protestants, pastors and preachers, all know what Jesus tells people in every age. “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”
Dot #3. Those who invent and work for schisms also know that Jesus tells us He only Founded One Church. Mt 16: 18-20 is very simple, clear, and direct: “And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.”
Wow! Dot #3 is pretty plain: He tells us He founded only one church, He founded it on one man, and gave it the power to resist evil, forgive sins, and open the doors to Heaven.

What could be clearer than Dot #3?

Could anyone lack the intelligence to realize that Jesus is telling those who believe in Him to do three things? First, He challenges with a question. “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord’ and not do what I tell you?” Then, He tells us we must receive His Body and Blood to have life in us and get into Heaven. Then, He tells us that He is founding One Church and that it provides His Body and Blood while bringing into being a priesthood empowered to forgive sins and open the doors to Heaven.

How can anyone be too obtuse to understand what Jesus tells us? The question we must be courageous enough to ask: Does the deep desire to get money from people who’ve been led away from The Catholic Church keep professional Protestants from connecting those three dots and doing what Jesus tells them?

What will happen to those who lead others astray for money? Connect three dots. Then, four.

Dot #4. Jesus tells us clearly what happens to those who lead people astray from The Only Church He Founded and the life-giving Communion and forgiveness it provides in Luke 17:2: “. . and whoever ensnares one of these little ones who trust me, it would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and be drowned in the open sea.”
Who is too blinded by vanity to see and hear? Would even a wolf in sheep’s clothing want a schism-salary enough to ignore what Jesus tells us? Who is too ignorant to understand that?

Still don’t understand? Reconnect the dots. Start over with Dot #1. “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord’ and not do what I tell you?”
