The World Around us Consists of Two Kinds of Programs, His and Ours.

The first programs, and by far the most important, are God’s programs. He wrote and downloaded the programs for earth, air, fire, water, and the billions times billions of basics. His Creation Program got things together, got them moving, and did so in such a way that we simply can’t prove that He did it.

His reasoning seems to have been, “I am going to see if beings with free will prefer to do good or evil. I want to divide all humanity into two groups, those who will choose to love Me and their neighbors and those who will look at the very same evidence and won’t. Those who love Me and their neighbors will obey My Operating Instructions as they go through life. If they do a good enough job, their souls get to join Me in Heaven, forever. If they don’t choose to do so, they spend a more painful eternity somewhere else.”

We humans, free will programs, have the ability to do programming of our own. This is being written on a computer that operates according to rules that its programmers set down. Other human programmers make more tangible programs, and turn them into luxury goods, like Rolex watches, Rolls Royces and private jets. These human programs exist for the same reason The Loving Programmer wrote and downloaded the basic gold and silver programs. They offer enticements, like new pick-up trucks for farmers, that allow every human being, rich and poor, to be tempted to get them enough to ignore God and hurt their neighbors.
